How long does it take?
Most patients in a Chiropractic office have
been suffering for a while before seeking care with the Chiropractor.Most Chiropractic success stories sought out

worth the time, effort, and expense for Chiropractic care.Depending on the patients overall health, the

your insurance benefits, and help you seek reimbursement for your care.For those without Chiropractic Insurance
coverage, we have many affordable programs to help you cover the costs as a
cash patient.Our Insurance Staff will
go over all of your options.

Are there any forms I should fill out before I come to the office?
Yes. Before you come into the office we ask all of our patients to fill out a new patient form. This is a health history form so we can ensure we are providing the most efficient and effective chiropractic care available. How late are your Chiropractic offices open?
Our office hours are:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00
PM to 6:30 PM with Thursday from3:00 PM
to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
